The LIRR has one major project--- A plan called East Side Access which will use the lower level of the 63rd Street tunnel (the upper level; is used by the F train) and then enter Grand Central via a new mezzanine beneath the current 100 series tracks used by Metro-North with new LIRR beneath the LIRR Mezzanine.
