For this site we will use South as trains to
Long Beach and North for trains to NY.

Lynbrook, our first stop after leaving
the main line is unusual. It appears to be two islands
serving four tracks but in fact is two separate stations
each with an island and two tracks. this line uses the
Western A crossover is present on this embankment
located station's platforms and tracks.
Centre Avenue follows with two tracks
and two wall platforms and is at grade.
East Rockaway follows with two tracks,
two wall platforms with bus shelters and is also at
grade.
Oceanside also has two tracks and two
wall platforms . A very nice stationhouse is on the
Northbound platform and bus shelters are on both
platforms of this at grade station.
We start a high speed run slowing only to cross a
small body of water and then resume our high speed run
and enter Island Park also with two
tracks, two wall platforms. Bus shelters are on both
platforms and a stationhouse is on the northbound
platform. of this at grade station. The line becomes one
track and we cross water on a low bridge. A view of
homes with private boat docks.
The line widens out to five tracks and we enter
Long Beach. The current station was
built in 1991. Old low platforms serve tracks 7/8 and
9/10 located one either side of the active tracks.
