![]() Atlantic City Line East = to Atlantic City West = to Downtown Center City Note: The traditional railroad designation is SOUTH from Cherry Hill to Atlantic City. The Pennsylvania Railroad designation was NORTH from 30th Street to Zoo Junction, WEST from Zoo Junction to Frankford Junction and SOUTH from Frankford Junction to Atlantic City. NJT uses EAST and WEST exclusively for all their services. Since NJT runs this line, this site will use EAST and WEST as shown above 30th Street Station (LOWER LEVEL) is described on a separate pageWe leave via a two track line paralleling I-76 to our south .We enjoy a high speed run. Amtrak North Philadelphia is described on the SEPTA R7 Page Frankford Junction is described on the SEPTA R7 Page We leave the Northeast Corridor and pass under the Market Frankford Line and cross the Delaire lift Bridge into New Jersey and enter our first station, Cherry Hill which has two tracks. We use the south track which has a high platform to the south along with a station house. Leaving here we become one track (the north track being the survivor) .We have one grade crossing at Utica Avenue in Westmont, a slow section of track and then enter a slight cut surfacing at PATCO Haddonfield. Our line is to the North of PATCO and we share a right of way to Lindenwold where PATCO ends. Lindenwold has one track and a high island platform which shares the stationhouse with PATCO (separate fare for PATCO) Berlin is a closed station with the station house to the Southside of the south trackway. We use the north track. It had a low platform. Locals have confirmed there WAS a station here and that the name was indeed called Berlin Atco has 1 track and a high side platform to the south. We are on an embankment. Hammonton has 1 track and a high side platform to the south. We are at grade Egg Harbor City has 1 track and a high side platform to the north.
