A woman recently expressed her dissatisfaction on Facebook after realizing that the ring she found on her boyfriend’s bedside table fell short of her expectations.
She wrote in a Facebook group with the name, “That’s it, I’m wedding shaming,” saying, “Ewwww. Self-shame Friday, here I come,” she added, adding a photo of the ring. DailyMail shared it later.
The image displayed a light-gray square box containing a three-stone diamond ring and she added, “I found this on my boyfriend’s nightstand, not a fan.
The woman admitted that she was going to persuade her partner to buy a new ring because she didn’t like the old one. So, she asked her audience to please roast the ring, and then advise her on how to politely tell him, ‘No, you have to go get something else.”
Reactions to the woman’s post were mixed; some called her attitude “ungrateful,” while others agreed that she should be happy with the ring she will (hopefully) wear for the rest of her life.
