Passengers with tickets and E-Vouchers for travel between January 1, 2020, and October 29, 2022 who were unable to fly due to flight disruptions or changes can:
Cancel and rebook their flights in the same cabin class by March 31, 2023, for travel on or before June 30, 2023, and
When making modifications to their original tickets for the first time, they can make a free one-time date change without paying any service fee or fare difference.
If you buy a ticket to or from the United States directly from Malaysia Airlines at least 7 days before departure and cancel it within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation costs. The 24-hour grace period is applicable to all ticket categories, including non-refundable tickets.
If your flight is canceled and the alternative flight given does not suit you, you are entitled to a full refund.
