NY judge weds felon and fiancée — after sentencing him to a decade in prison

She sentenced him to life with a wife.

New York Judge Melina McGuinnigle made a jailbird-turned-lovebird’s wedding dreams come true Friday, officiating his nuptials after handing him a 10-year prison sentence.

Anthony Santiago, 35, of Cleveland, Ohio, can now add “husband” to his lengthy rap sheet, as the convicted felon and blushing bride, Victoria, were joined together in holy matrimony just moments before he was hauled off to the clink for robbery.

A repeat offender, Santiago was charged with burglary in the first degree for the June 2022 break-in of a North Syracuse residence.

Investigators claim that in May 2022, Santiago, then 33, drove a vehicle to the home with the intention of selling the car, according to reports. But once inside the house, he allegedly noticed a “substantial amount of marijuana.”

Santiago was said to have conspired with friends Malik Shabazz, 17, and Andres Arzola-Torrewho, 31, also from Cleveland, to burglarize the dwelling.

The band of bandits reportedly robbed the home on June 27, allegedly pistol-whipping an adult man and woman during the invasion.

Four children were also said to have been on the premises. The suspects were accused of threatening the minors but did not harm them.

At the time of his arrest, Santiago had three prior felony convictions for assault in Ohio.

However, the millennial’s many indiscretions didn’t deter his devoted darling from taking his handcuffed hand in marriage.

And he’s not the only locked-up lover to lock down his forever lady.

And San Francisco rapper Kenyana “Yatta” Jones, an inmate with a 12-year bid in connection to a 2016 murder, remotely popped the question to fiancée Belly Belle with a lavish Valentine’s Day proposal in February 2024.

“Turned this mother f–king engagement from behind the wall,” bragged Jones in a YouTube clip after receiving a “Yes” from his bride-to-be.

“You ain’t seen no s–t like this,” he added.
